Google Page Rank Update

This October Google Page Rank has been updated again but from I hear there’s many blogger that quite disappointed, because there’s so many blog have their PR dropped.

Now Google is more strict and do penalizing to those who sell text links, exchange links for profit or doing lots of paid reviews. I was quite confused because isn’t PageRank used to measured quality and quantity of incoming links? How it is related with sell links or do paid reviews?
I wonder what in Googles head.

I think this is really a bad news for many bloggers (and me) because it will affect their traffic and online earnings.
