Paypal Accept Indonesia To Withdraw From Local Banks

Yesterday I just got a good news from Paypal! Finally Paypal accepted more 26 countries to withdraw their money to local banks including Indonesia my home country.

This is really a good news and I have waited for it so long:) If I look back, in the past many of Indonesian have struggled just to open Paypal account and withdraw their money from affiliate or AdSense. As for me, many have recommended to use broker account so I can have my personal US bank account, which I haven’t tried before it because I think it’s not safe.

Recently on mid 2007 Paypal has officially announced that now some countries has accepted to withdraw money to their credit card including Indonesia too. I have once tried it and I’m really satisfied though it took times.

But now I have no worries, because I can freely take my money from Paypal account to my local banks in less than week.

For my Indonesian fellow who still don’t know how to withdraw, I will give you simple guide how to do it.

How to Withdraw to Local Banks:

1. Choose “Add your bank account” option
For this guide I preferred to choose BCA bank account because it’s the mostly used in Indonesia. First write down your “Real Name” same as the BCA card says.

2. Insert Bank Name
On the box below your name, you need to insert your Bank Name. Because in this guide we use BCA bank so write it “BCA”

2. Insert Bank Code
Please insert your Bank Code (7 digit number) so Paypal can verified it. You can ask your bank if you don’t know about it.
Just to let you know, the bank code is not “SWIFT” code. For the BCA bank, the first 3 number is taken from Indonesian Bank Code. Here I listed some of it:

And the rest 4 number you can check it on BCA site, just search about KCU number. Because I take KCU in Sultan Iskandar Muda so my number is 0271

3. Insert Account Number
Well you must be know what the account number is, so I think I don’t need to explain anymore

If you have fill it all then click “Add bank account” and Voila! now your bank has added and now you can freely withdraw you money.
